How project payments work
Datics provides customised digital services such as websites, eCommerce management, design, marketing, automation and consulting. Project payments, milestone amounts, due dates and deliverables are confirmed in the relevant proposal or client agreement before work begins.
Deposits and completed work
An advance or deposit reserves team time and begins discovery, planning or production. Because this work is tailored to a client’s requirements, deposits, completed milestones, delivered files, approved design stages and work already performed are generally non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Changes, pauses and cancellations
If a project changes or is paused, please contact your project lead as soon as possible. We will assess the completed work, committed resources and remaining scope, then document any agreed adjustment. Client-requested changes outside the approved scope may require a revised timeline and quotation.
Requesting a payment review
If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly or a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, email helpdesk@datics.in with your project name, invoice or payment reference and a clear explanation. We will review the request against the applicable agreement and respond promptly.
